Teacher Job Overview
At Kids X-Cel we are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with young children, helping them learn and grow., and creating a safe place for them.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Participate in curriculum development and planning
Requirements
- Previous experience in a childcare center or home center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
-Knowledge of preschool or toddler care best practice
-CPR and First Aid Certified
-Knowledgeable in Rule 3
-A degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Assistant Teacher Overview:
Kids X-Cel is looking for Assistant Teachers who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young children. We are looking for individuals passionate about early childhood education and equipped with the skills to support students' growth and development.
​
Duties:
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity
- Implement effective strategies for working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Assess student performance and provide feedback to enhance their educational journey
- Collaborate with teachers, parents to address individual student needs
Experience:
- Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Familiarity with childhood development stages and educational methodologies
- Knowledge in lesson planning and adapting curriculum to meet diverse learning styles
- Ability to work effectively with young children and create a supportive learning atmosphere
- Experience in working with students from various backgrounds and abilities
